Our bodies evolved to wake with the sun, following its rhythm through every part of the day. In today’s world, that’s not always possible, whether you’re up hours before sunrise or living in a basement apartment that never sees daylight. Until now, there hasn’t been a good way to bring that light back.
In the winter months especially, short days make it hard to feel motivated and energized. Artificial skylights can supplement those missing daylight hours by mimicking the look and feel of the sun. But traditional artificial skylights are prohibitively expensive and require an expert install. That’s the problem we’re solving at Zenith Skylights.
The product
Introducing the Zenith S1
Our first skylight is designed for your home. Wake-up mode lets you set your sunrise exactly to your preference, gradually brightening and shifting from warm orange hues to open blue sky. Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity let you configure it remotely through the app or your smart home system, with alarm schedules that sync to gentle wake sounds from your phone.
The high-CRI panel delivers quality lighting to any room. Beyond the wake-up routine, the Zenith S1 works as a melanopic room light through the day. Flip it on and off like any standard light switch and bring the blue sky into a room whenever you want it.
Installation is simple. Mount the Zenith S1 in place of any standard ceiling receptacle, or anywhere else using the included hardware, walls included.
